For pre purchase reports PDC Damp Proofing charge a small fee to survey the property. If you go on to purchase the property and choose to use our services for any repair work required, this fee will be deducted from your repair bill. Unfortunately, whilst we offer free surveys and quotations to customers who already own their property we are unable to provide free surveys for customers who have not yet purchased the property in question.

PDC was very professional and responsible in their services. They had repaired my roof and after 3 months some tiles had fallen off due to storm. They responded promptly to check their repairs and identified another issue that the storm has caused. It is this type of responsible service that should be much appreciated.
